"TECHNICAL INNOVATION IN THE CERAMIC WALL & FLOOR TILE INDUSTRY"

Series of events organized in Italy and abroad devoted specifically to the ceramic wall and floor tile industry.
The Italian machinery, materials and plant ceramic industry is leader worldwide. Nevertheless capability of making technology innovation as well as to individuate a product with good chances of commercial success, is not only a technical matter and encompasses a range of requirements and synergy between suppliers of technologies and the ceramic industry.

Taking into account the above, it was felt to launch an event capable to supply in real time ("on-line") the state-of-the-art of ceramic technology and product tendency of interest to producers of ceramic wall & floor tile.
This series of events called "INNOVATION IN CERAMICS", which is organized in close cooperation with the University of Bologna, was started in 1998 and includes topical presentations of new technical advancements complemented by specialized shows of new solutions related to the aesthetics and design of ceramic wall and floor tile (thematic show: DECORTECH).
"INNOVATION IN CERAMICS" also assigns as from the year 2000 an "International Prize" to recognize main achievements in the sector to be assigned to industrialists, technicians and researchers of the wall and floor tile ceramics industry.
